cuil.com sucks
07.28.08 (2:04 pm) [edit]the new search engine, cuil.com, claims that it's bigger thang google, and they must also mean better. It SUCKS. cuil.com displays the info you were seaching for in an overly-complex manner, and a LOT less on each page. Also I just don't find stuff as easily as I do on google. Give it a shot and tell me what you think.

Remember Remember the Fifth of November
07.26.08 (1:27 am) [edit]I just saw "V for Vendetta," and that movie has easily made my top-10 list. It brought up so many thoughts. The plot line was amazing. I actually sat back later and took as much of a third-person view of my world and anothers. And then I remembered:
Amendment II: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
The movie really delivered a better understanding of that amendment to me. We bear arms not only to protect ourselves from dangers of our own, but mainly to defend our rights. I'm thinking of it right now, not as a right to bear arms, but as I right to defend myself against

Dream report + other stuff

Last night my dream was simple, semi-boring. It was just me helping a couple friends move into their dorm rooms at college

I imagined that my friend and I are living together in an apartment this coming school year, and we are. The kicker is that we found two girls I know very well to live with us, and for some reason I was like, celebrating over that fact.
Interesting? Ya, it was to me at least.

One hell of a good mood
07.01.08 (1:20 am) [edit]The title should be enough. I am in one hell of a good mood right now. I don't know why, but an sudden high just slammed into, engulfed, swallowed all of me.
It's an odd euphoria, a tempting, controlling feeling. Lust, almost. An uncontrollable urge to succeed. That's the best I can describe it.
It's exactly like the feeling you get when you're about to accomplish a great thing you've done. Thing is, i've done nothing. Yet.
What is this feeling? I don't know where it's from, i don't know why it's here. I'm just enjoying the moment.
Feeling this I know the day dawning now is going to be awesome. I'm going to start it off with one heck of a good run, and then later a lovely date.
I still feel it, it's very strong. Do you feel it?

After that announcement, i feel like i really need someone to talk to right now, but no one is on line or able to answer there phones :(

Right to own a gun
06.26.08 (12:06 pm) [edit]Thank God, the supreme court held the right to own a hand gun. I would be remarkably upset if they ruled otherwise.
I believe that right is one of the single most important rights to be upheld. Right along side with free speech and such. The second amendment of the Constitution better always be held.
If I've understood my history classes correctly, and I believe I have, part of the reason that the amendment was added was to ensure that the people could rise up against a corrupt world (specifically a corrupt government) and otherwise defend themselves in any other such situations.
Keep the amednment.

it feel like my friends are ignoring me, it's probably just all coincidental but two of them suddenly had things going on that couldn't involve doing anything fun, and most just didnt answer their phone or texts or IM's
what the hell.
I haven't been remembering my dreams the past few days, but I'm trying.
Oh well, listen to me, complain about the stupidest little things.... dumb....
